Fixed the framerate of 525 sequences

All sequences were set at 120fps. Some should be 60fps instead.

Thanks for the PR! Would you mind

  1. Removing formatting changes
  2. Explaining how you got the new framerate
  3. If possible, show some visualization of the changes?
  1. found sequences playing too quickly, then went through all using an annotation tool to fix. Even on CMU mocap original site 120fps and 60fps labels for each trials seem to be wrong.
  2. will add screen captures later
