Snippet/tooltip is clipped by the clipboard-history window

The snippet/tooltip for long clipboard items is a nice feature, but it gets clipped by the dialog window: screenshot from 2015-06-27 17 56 32

Is it supposed to look like that? I imagine it shouldn't be cut off at the edge of the dialog window?

Experiencing same issue. Also the pane is off-center, and partially off-screen: screen shot 2016-07-03 at 7 28 38 pm
