Make our IMU communicate back to the Jetson over CAN FD using the CANBED FD Arduino MCU

If I remember correctly there are actually boards that are Arduino-compatible which have CAN transceivers built into them.

I will try to find a couple.

I think we need the Arduino no matter what since the IMU itself only supports short-range communication protocols (I2C, UART, etc.)
