Please do not clear object selection when pressing CTRL+Z (e.g. undo)

I frequently find myself moving a couple of objects just to realize that it has undesired side effect (e.g. I forgot to hold shift to suppress the snapping feature and some arrows start to look odd). When I press CTRL+Z to undo the move then I look all selected object and need to select them again.
