mouse input problem with [gemmacoswindow]

[gemmacoswindow] is giving mouse input only when mouse button1 is down.

Creating a [gemcocoawindow] object fix the problem.

OSX 10.13.6 pd-0.50.2 GEM: ver: 0.94.git v0.94 GEM: compiled on Feb 12 2019
