生成规则
主要依赖提交信息feat=>新增 fix=>修复 perf=>优化 Reverts => Reverts 疑问：回滚要放到changelog里吗
使用
npm run changelog
因为生成规则依赖提交信息所以merge的时候需要改正标题作为正式的标题，如果忘记改了，只能生成的时候手动改
