tabs组件是否能支持居中显示？

这个功能解决了什么问题？

有时候tabs列表只有几个，比如3-4个选项，此时从左往右显示就有点不美观了，如果能支持居中显示就完美了。

你期望的 API 是怎样的？

添加一个属性，是否居中显示就行了
