u-notice-bar默认是用逗号连接list，能否支持自定义字符？

这个功能解决了什么问题？

支持自定义字符连接公告内容，组件会更灵活。比如我就只需要四个空格分隔list的每个数据，就无法实现

你期望的 API 是怎样的？

增加一个prop，例如 customStr 。 且u-notice-text的white-space为pre
