Update code samples for property value converters to match the new cache

Redo the following V15 code samples, so they do not use IPublishedSnapshotAccessor:

  • 15/umbraco-cms/customizing/property-editors/full-examples-value-converters.md

  • 15/umbraco-cms/customizing/property-editors/property-value-converters.md

Remember to also update the V16 counterparts:

  • 16/umbraco-cms/customizing/property-editors/full-examples-value-converters.md

  • 16/umbraco-cms/customizing/property-editors/property-value-converters.md

I see that it didn't pass certain validation, so I need to rephrase some things, but I'll wait for any feedback so I can do that at the same time.
