Description copied from Community Docs Team project board: Explain that the RTE block views now have a different alias than block list views.

Area: frontend

Link to article: https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/fundamentals/backoffice/property-editors/built-in-umbraco-property-editors/rich-text-editor-tinymce/blocks

Further notes: This issue was generated from the Community Docs Team project board, and the first comment reflects what was originally captured and referenced TinyMCE as a concept. However, please note that the Rich Text Editor is no longer TinyMCE so the description is therefore slightly misleading. There is a need for a Blocks page though, which this issue and incoming PR will attempt to resolve. I'll also edit the title to reflect this.

PR review: #7305

Absolutely a solid foundation! I added one remark in the PR itself. The only thing I was wondering, if we need to add some additional information about rendering a block in the RTE visually. I think it's different than in Umbraco 13, so it might be useful to do.

@Luuk1983 The older article from V15 had a reference to the tutorial on how to create block custom views. I added a comment on the PR suggesting to add back in that section.
