When you untick the include sensitive data checkbox, in the emails that are sent, the labels of the fields set as sensitive data are still being included.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add some fields set as sensitive data
2. Untick include sensitive data checkbox
3. Submit form and check email received
4. Emails received still contain the form field labels

Expected result / actual result

When unticking the include sensitive data checkbox, none of the fields set as sensitive data or its labels should be included in the emails sent.
