Can't save/update CDN Cache TTL

Issue description

For a Umbraco Cloud I have enabled caching and then value was set to 120. I tried to change this to 30 (which seem to be default for new projects/environments), but on refresh the value is still 120.

Hi..

What plan do you have? There are plan specific TTL. 120 is the minimum for starter plans. https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cloud/set-up/project-settings/manage-cdn-caching#plan-specific-features

Hi @bergmania

The project was on Standard plan, but moved to Professional due the usage exceeded the plan limit.

The project (and live environment) existed before this feature was added. We have later added development environment, where it is enabled by default and TTL is 30.

I also checked on our recent added projects on Umbraco Cloud, where TTL is 30 on both development and live. I guess this is default configuration 🙂

I've reached out privately in Slack @bjarnef .

I' can't seem to reproduce on a new project, so I'll need to know the project alias. Also did you reach out to support about the issue? I think we'd prefer for a bug like this to go through support, but I don't mean to just push this elsewhere.
