Incorrect initials on users in portal

Issue description

We are seeing some incorrect initials on users in Umbraco Cloud. Especially users with Š or other special characters.

It would be great to align with how it is shown in backoffice, but in the new backoffice I guess it should be exactly same initials as the uui-avatar component is used I guess.
