CLS at upgrade message box

Issue description

In the portal the upgrade message box shows up shortly delayed causing CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift).

It is especially annoying when using the menu action and one could accidentally click the restart button in the menu actions.

Hi @bjarnef, Thank you for your valuable feedback on our project page. Yup, the current project page does include some bad design decisions, and the CLS with the upgrade message is certainly one of them.

As you might have seen, we have in the past year migrated Umbraco Cloud portal pages step by step. We're soon to migrate the project page and in this work, we will change quite a few things. This revamped version aims for a more user-friendly experience, better alignment with flexible environments, load balancing, and advanced enterprise features. One of the changes will be how we handle the upgrade feature—so you can expect the CLS to be eliminated once and for all.

We're currently inviting select users to a 30-minute observation test to gain feedback on these changes.
