Updating child projects on a baseline solution with available Umbraco updates for some projects

Issue description

When updating child projects of a baseline solution, it is super slow (I have noticed 1-2 minutes) to notify you about which child projects has an Umbraco update waiting. Such info should either be there quicker or before the page is done loading. Alternatively a prompt about updating children Umbraco updates before you can start pushing it out to the child projects.
