[QUESTION/FEATURE]: What happened to keyboard shortcuts?

Describe the bug I've noticed in that I really miss the keyboard shortcuts for saving and publishing a node. Also for saving (Ctrl+S) e.g. when working with Content Type, Data Types and Dictionaries.
