Moving a property to a different group doesn't work

Bug summary

When dragging a property from one group to another using the 'Re-order' mode doesn't work.

Specifics

It initially looks as though it works, but when you save and reload the doc type the changes are reverted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a doc type
2. Add 2 groups
3. Add a property to each group
4. Save the doc type
5. Drag a property from one group to another
6. Click save
7. Refresh the page, the properties are still in their original group

Expected result / actual result

The property should be in the correct group after page refresh
