V13 Unable to click the user profile in tours introduction

Bug summary

When I am following the Tours Introduction. I run into a bug where I am unable to click on my User Profile on step 8.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to tours
2. Start the Introduction step
3. Go through all steps
4. Get stuck on step 8

Expected result / actual result

Expected: To be able to follow the tours.

Actual: I get stuck at step 8.

I want to work on it after I knew that the PR closed, also I don't know if the Umbraco team made a way to mention that someone assigned to work on the issue as the Gitlab team did in his repository for Hackathon. (I'll suggest that on Discord)

Can confirm, it's not a issue in 13.5.1
