Posting a too long title for a questions results in a error

1. Go to https://our.umbraco.com/forum/

2. Click "Ask a question"

3. Enter the title "Umbraco Cloud - fatal: unable to access 'https://scm.umbraco.io/euwest01/XXXX.git/': SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

4. Select "Umbraco v8"

5. Question "Test"

6. Click on "Post question"

The result is a loading indicator

What I expected is an error that the title of the question is too long, because I think that is the problem. So maybe specify a max length or give an error
