Depth data and issue with illumination change/bad illumination

I am currently working on a project on human body pose estimation/tracking using ToF cameras in a living room scenario and I have came around your project, when researching the topic.

Do you think your code would perform in bad illumination conditions or using depth data? Thank you very much for your answer in advance!
