Change of UI colors

Describe the bug The Framacarte instance seems to have been updated some days ago, and ever since most of the settings UI has clear text color on a white background which makes it really hard to use it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://framacarte.org/m/148987/
  2. Click on Settings
