Add overflow ``auto`` to grid column for long texts in Insights

Describe the Bug

When some value is very long (for example query parameter) in the Insights table, the column doesnt offer a way to scroll to see the whole value. Just by changing the overflow to auto manually in browser styles its solved (see video for example)
