Does not Appear on my Safari Extensions tap, how to make it appear?

Im using MacOS Catalina, I just did I clean install of my computer, so it was working before on this version.

I have cleaned the history, uninstall and reinstall the app "no distractions", downloaded on AppStore... what should I do?

It just don't appear on the extension but it does appear on the apps folder, and I can open the app, but not in extensions to activate it or any logo on the safari bar.

That is super strange..! Not sure I've got any useful advice apart from what you've already tried...! If all else fails, you can try installing my other app that's called 'MindShield', which is identical to the YouTube app, except that it also works on a few other websites!
