Feature Request: to Hide Video Recommendations in 'my playlists'.

Hello, Dear developer, Youtube recently added recommended videos at the bottom of or even in the middle of 'my playlists' page. Is there anything you can do to hide these annoyance?

To make things worse, now there is "Recommended Playlists" after "Recommended Videos", as shown below: Screenshot 2023-12-25 at 11 35 34 PM

Hmm I am trying to find this on my own youtube and I can't... can you confirm if you still has this issue? Can't you just toggle off "Related/Up next videos"?
