window forms in microsoft (excel,outlook,word) white

HI, I have serveral computer with different configuration Windows 11, Nivida RTX Graphics. on each computer all windows from microsoft office after scrolling are white. I do not matter what compression I use on the setting on ultravnc. I think it is a bug which caused from updates since may of 2023. Can you make an release for it to fix it ?

What capture settings are you using. hook ddengine ?

hook and ddenige are checked in checkbox (both active). Which setting do you recommenend? I have also problem on java based software whole window do not show.
