Option "auto select best settings" not selected by default

In the earlier versions of UltraVNC (1.2.x), when starting VNC Viewer, the option "auto select best settings" is always selected. In version 1.3.x and higher, this option "auto select best settings" is no longer selected when starting the VNC Viewer. How can I make sure that this option is checked again when starting VNC Viewer?

This option fail on unstable networks, to many switches on startup. It's not longer set as default until i find a fix for it.
