Hang when copying large folder (200GB) to server

I wanted to copy large file from client to server (both running 1.6.4.0) but ultravnc hangs during compression (source has 64GB RAM and destination 128GB)

Folders are zipped send and unzipped. you can manual zip and unzip it and use UltraVNC to tranfer the zipped file.
Current no idea what's the limit, but by manual zipping you only need to transfer it.
