Only Showing one webcam picture on IOS

I tested the webcam link on IOS (Iphone XR) and it sents pictures every seconds but they're all the same. When i refresh the site it takes another picture and then it starts again (sending just that one picture over and over again). Please Help me fix this error. Thanks!
