web panel password stuff

so i have installed it and everything but it says [+] Web Panel Link : http://localhost:2525

[+] Please Run NGROK On Port 2525 AND Send Link To Target > ngrok http 2525

so i go to the top link and it has a login page that will not accept my password, i have even tried resetting my ngrok account password aId usr but even after doing all that it just simply says wrong usr/password, does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

The default username and password is admin
