How is OBB tracking currently functioning

Question

"I want to perform tracking using OBB. However, after observing the tracker code, I noticed that the Kalman filter input is in xywh format. Question 1: How is OBB tracking currently work? Question 2: If it's not work correctly, what modifications are needed to perform tracking using the OBB output format of xyxyxyxy?"
