I can't see the option to share my dataset with outsource labeling workforce

Question

In the ultralytics HUB plans page DAQ you've written:

Can I use Ultralytics for outsources data labeling?
Yes. Ultralytics provides fully managed labeling services. To get started, simply share your project with the managed workforce provider of your choice. For sharing projects, no additional seat licenses are used, however, you must have a paid account to use outsourcing.

But after signing up and upload a dataset I cannot find the option in the UI, how to send the dataset to external workforce for labeling?

@tamirpumba thank you for your question about dataset sharing for labeling! 🙌 To enable outsourced labeling through Ultralytics HUB:

1. Account Requirement: You'll need a paid account (Pro or higher) to access managed labeling services, as mentioned in our Ultralytics Plans FAQ. Please verify your account tier in your HUB Settings.

2. Sharing Workflow:

   • Set dataset access to "Unlisted" (via dataset actions dropdown → Share)
   • Share the direct dataset link with your labeling partner
   • Partners can then access it without needing HUB accounts

For fully managed labeling by Ultralytics (starting at $6/hr), please:

1. Contact us at https://ultralytics.com/contact to discuss your requirements
2. Our team will then enable the managed workforce integration for your account

The UI option for direct workforce assignment becomes visible once you have an active labeling service agreement. If you've already upgraded to Pro and still don't see the option, please reply with your account email (DM is fine) and we'll investigate immediately.
