@MaximKalinin thank you for reporting this issue and providing detailed information about your iPhone X configuration and crash log. 🚨 We'll investigate this carefully.

Next Steps:

  1. Please open a new issue in the Ultralytics HUB GitHub Issues with:
    • Your crash log attached directly (ZIP files in comments sometimes get filtered)
    • Exact reproduction steps
  2. Our team will analyze the crash log and attempt to reproduce using our iPhone X test device running iOS 16.7

Technical Notes:
The iPhone X's A11 Bionic chip (10nm, 0.6 TOPS) has limited Neural Engine capabilities compared to newer devices. While we support devices back to 2017, there may be memory constraints in newer app versions. For immediate use, you might consider testing on a newer iOS device if available.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. For real-time updates, you're welcome to join our Ultralytics Discord Community where we post status updates on critical issues.

Hi @MaximKalinin,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I wanted to update you that our mobile team is currently focused on developing Mobile 1.0, which has meant slower progress on earlier versions. I’ve looked into the issue, and we’re now waiting for Apple to complete their review process.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to add you to our external TestFlight group. This would give you early access to the latest version of the app and allow you to provide further feedback.
