Offer conan support

It would be nice to have conan support so embedding ultralight is even easier for developers!

+1 Just integrated conan to my build system but Ultralight is not available.

Once I finish with other dependencies, depending on how difficult it is/how much bandwidth I have I may fork and do this myself

+1 I was planning on using Ultralight for my project, but I put that on hold because I didn't want to write the conan wrapper myself

@adamjs by using https://github.com/bincrafters/conan-templates setting this up should be quite straightforward.
