Memory overhead on view resize

Hello,

I noticed memory spikes when I resize/recreate views while using the library. I ran the latest resize example and if you slowly resize the window by steps, memory usage will keep ramping up, but it will only happen on sizing up.

AppCore example version: latest (11/21/2019 3:07 AM) System: Windows 10 x64

Thanks for the report, I noticed it too and will commit a fix soon that should mitigate the spike.

Hello, I noticed this was still an issue in the latest commit and found this old issue. Is this going to be fixed?
