Improve HTML5Test score

The latest version of Ultralight for Windows 10 scores only 260 points out of 555 in HTML5Test. Could you please upgrade WebKit engine so that it supports more HTML5 features, such as: Fetch, Geolocation, Shadow DOM, Fullscreen, Web Notifications, Service Workers, IndexedDB, or I18n?

Today I did a fresh build of Ultralight x64 downloaded from here but it scored the same 260 points. The WebCore.dll doesn't have a version number in it, but its size is 30145024 bytes, so I assume this is the latest version.

I have just built Ultralight 1.2 and it scores only 277 points. Still not enough, even IE11 scores 312 points.

Big chunk of that just seems to be missing HTML5 Video/Audio and WebRTC support. Working on adding that next.
