Wrong height with padding

Seems adding a padding to textarea cause resizing having wrong height value. You'll find a test case here : http://jsfiddle.net/Akaryatrh/wfUcM/

Moreover, focus on textarea seems required to activate autogrow. Is there a way to calculate and assign height to elements when plug-in is called ?
