Missing Router API

Next.js includes additional API related to routing. There are currently no bindings present for them.

If it have not changed since last time I had time to do more reason higher order components doesn't really make sense/isn't doable in reason. But the router component should be.

Given that I'm so new to ReasonML, I don't really have an opinion as to whether or not a withRouter HoC should be added in bs-next. However, I have come across examples of people using both HoC and render props in ReasonML/ReasonReact.
