Animation causes affects streaming - CPU usage

When I have my dashboard open with a power-flow-card, the CPU usage rises and I cannot stream properly - youtube and other freezes, buffers and lags. It's not that I have a particularly weak machine - it's an i9 9900K...

I found some other people online that had the same issue with the energy dashboard, but I do not have this issue - energy dashboard might have fixed this issue before?
