How to change a missing font at a time?

There are some missing fonts, can be selected, but can not be replaced at a time. It must be replaced one by one.

Once I have selected a font with the plugin, I had to press Command + T to get the "Change Font" dialogue to appear. Selecting that changes all instances of the font in that Page.
