New option : don't automatically play music after unlocking

What steps will reproduce the "problem"?
1. Play music
2. Lock the PC (music stops which is cool)
3. Unlock the PC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When unlocking the PC, music restarts playing since it was playing when we 
locked the PC. I guess this is nice for most people, but I would like an option 
so that the music would not automatically play because I often unlock my PC 
well before putting back my headphone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0b on Windows 7

Sure, It's been long since I've done any changes to this. I'm working mostly on 
AFWall+ 
I'll implement later when I get some time.
