[FEATURE] Saving iptables.log with current time in name + saving in userfriendly location

Open tempuserr opened this issue 1 year ago • 0 comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Exporting (saving) Log (iptables.log) always overwrite old one. When I massively detect network access from apps I exported log many times in a row and because this overwrite-style finally I have only last saved log and loose all earlier exports.

Additionally Log is saved in protected /storage/android/data location, so it have troublesome access from 3rd party apps.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Add date and time stamps to iptables.log file name, e.g. iptables-2023-10-07-19-55-11.log Note that this already is default behaviour for naming files when exporting rules and preferences - so this is nothing unusual,
  2. Save it in more userfriendly location, e.g. /storage/Documents/AFWall

Describe alternatives you've considered There is no alternatives to such simple feature.

Additional context None.
