"Any app" Tor control does not apply

  • Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
  • Android OS: LOS 18.1 (Android 11)

No matter what mode it is set to: "allow selected" or "block selected", setting the "(Any app)" tor control to a checkmark, does not actually make all apps go through tor by default, is there any way to replicate a behavior where by default all apps are tor'd, except for a few whitelisted ones?
