Tethering won't work unless Wi-Fi access was given to apps running as root

Android 9.0 Afwall 3.3.1

No device can connect to Hotspot, logs show 192.168.x IPs being blocked though LAN access was given.

This and the private dns feature are two native Android features that immediately stop working when Afwall is enabled, which is a nuisance for new users to figure out a way around.

@ukanth is there a possibility that you could ship a fix in Afwall for these? Thanks
