support angular 2 ?

Hi Yes, I think It would be great to support angular2. But I'm not sure about my time resources. Supporting angular2 needs to write new version of this module. And angular2 still has breaking changes which need to give much effort on this job. (I have some other libs to maintain and I work fulltime)

In long term I will for sure create version for angular2, but in short term I don't have enough time to maintain it
