stat log not saving - Lion issue?

I am having the same issue I had a few versions back where often my session log for the day is not saved in the Pomodoro Stats. The sessions show up until the computer is restarted, then they are suddenly missing. This issue had been resolved before, I think maybe upgrading to Lion has caused them to come back.

Some details, if I view the stat log before restarting the entries remain after restart. If I do not open the stat log window and restart the entries for that day no longer appear.

Also having this issue. I'm on 10.6.8, however.
