I'd love to help out in any way I can, and I understand you're very busy @uglyDwarf nowadays! There's been quite a few issues on the repo and some forks being made, but obviously not much activity on the repo itself.

I'm not incredibly proficient in C, but I can certainly help out :)

In the end it might be the easiest to just provide new code in your own repository and move development there if the original developer can't do it anymore for whatever reason. If your version ends up being significantly superior due to bugs being fixed, features being implemented etc. it'll surely become the main source for linuxtrack in distributions.
