Update to latest conventional-changelog interface.

We have been using conventional-changelog-angular-bitbucket with lerna publish as a changelog preset. Looks like they have upgraded to latest version of conventional-changelog.

We request upgrading conventional-changelog-angular-bitbucket to the latest conventional-changelog api.
