New AutoRT for UFS-WM

Description

Create new autort jenkins pipeline that is simplified, more reliable and runs via jenkinsfile. Capabilities of running regression tests, creating and syncing baselines and pushing logs to the pull request will remain. Pipeline will run on new platforms hercules, gaea-c5 and derecho as well.
