I think there might have been an issue with pypykatz. Unfortunately I won't be looking into this since this feature was abused.

MemProcFS is not able to analyze the dump for some reason. Is the dump valid? Are you able to open it with Volatility or WinDBG or may it be corrupt?...
I'm closing this issue since I have not heard back on it. I assume it's resolved.
MemProcFS Windows 7 support isn't top notch unfortunately. I created this tool around 2018 and onwards and Windows 7 was never a big focus since it was quite old already...

There are two ports on the PCIeScreamer. Connect the USB-C cable to the DATA port. Not the update port which you currently have it connected do. Also don't use probe....
