Edited the "Prerequisites" and "How It All Works" sections in README.md
Extended the npm installation directions to make it easier for the reader to understand what it is for and where to install it. Also, I made a breakdown of the files/folders in the web-app folder to show what types of files are in there for exploration from what I could understand. In addition, everywhere the web-app folder was mentioned, it now has the folder's location written next to it. These are some things I noticed that the documentation could use to make it easier for the reader to understand how to set up and contribute to the SwampScheduler. I hope this helps!
